This landscaping project included the removal of an old patio cover, dense overgrowth and the installation of a concrete walkway and patio, new sprinkler sysltem, retaining wall as well as new sod


The rickety patio cover was removed and base post ties were installed in the concrete for a new patio cover in next phase A retaiining block wall was installed to separate the slope from the grass area
