Exterior Side Room Remodel

Notice in the before photo that the roofing on the small side room was built with a "wrap around" skylight and a flat metal roof

The wrap around skylight was replaced with a fixed pained Pella window

The original flat metal roof caused on-going water leaks over the years
while the skylight proved to be cold, drafty and a water leaking culprit as well

The old window looks dated while the new Pella window with internal shade looks very "clean" and keeps cold air out

Nice and Cozy... no more drafts
